Shipping policy
The products object of the transaction, will be dispatched to the client to the address that he has indicated at the time of making the purchase. The information referring to the place of shipment is the sole responsibility of the user. The products can be dispatched from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., according to the conditions agreed at the time of purchase.
Verify that the product corresponds to what you bought and that it is in perfect condition before signing the Dispatch Guide and accepting it.
Transport personnel are not authorized or trained to install, assemble, intervene or alter products at home.
The office will be made only on the 1st floor, either house or building, regardless of whether or not they have an elevator.
The receipt of the product must be made by a person of legal age, who must sign and write his Name and RUT in the Dispatch Guide to accredit the reception.
After acceptance of dispatch and no observations in the Dispatch Guide, Stretto is not responsible for physical damage to the product.
In case of disagreement with the product at the time of delivery, you must reject it and register it, noting in the Dispatch Guide or delivery document the identified detail, as well as your Name and RUT. Requires and retains a copy of the Dispatch Guide. Enter your application atformand we respond to your request within 72 hrs.
The dispatch times are:
15-30 business days (approx).
However, it may take up to 45 business days, due to the high demand for products during some specific dates (Black Friday).
The value of the dispatch depends on the geographical area and the weight of the products purchased. It is calculated automatically according to the vendor table and added to the total during the purchase process.
If the dispatch address is not within the coverage of the logistics operator involved, a change of address or withdrawal may be made at the operator's branch.

Returns of purchases due to address problems:
If the delivery address was wrong or simply not found who received the order this will be sent back to our warehouse. In this case an executive will contact via mail or phone to solve the problem.
